No, there are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

As a part of the Fully Managed Reviews package, Reviewzi staff review and respond to customer feedback. Professionalism and security are our top priorities. Our staff is located in the United States and we never outsource our professional feedback services.

Customers can still leave negative reviews by looking up your business online and choosing to leave a negative review on sites such as Google Business. There’s nothing we can do to stop that.

However, we can encourage unsatisfied customers to fill out a feedback form. This allows your business the opportunity to resolve a service issue prior to a customer leaving a negative review.
